Waterisk 2 - some progress

September 20th, 2008

I love LWJGL and Java with it. The code falls together quickly and I have so far a feeling of total control over it which is not what always true for my game projects.

Great thanks to kevglass for making such nice tutorials for LWJGL!

Major feature is that input now works 100%, and that sound will also work (at least if I find someone who will make sound effects). Another major feature is that this will hopefully become an all-round product unlike W1. :)

Yes, there are plans to build and what to build on top of once I port all functionality from W1. The whole concept has been cooking for more than a I hope my vision is so clear now that I will be able to make a real product on the concept , and that it will somewhat work good..

(I saw you are making some turn based game, I am very into this… just hadn’t had a chance to get to them yet)
