August 22nd, 2007I really suck at doing bureaucracy stuff even in my home country. Now I am signing a contract with a games portal from US but before I can do it, I must fill in the W8BEN (Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding) form… but the catch is that to fill out W8BEN I must first fill out another form to apply for TIN (Taxpayer Identification Numbers) send it to IRS in US and wait X weeks to get a TIN assigned… uh.. I’m loving it…
